My journey into criminal defense was inspired by my father, a distinguished career trial lawyer whose strong sense of justice, preference for the underdog, and radiant love for people shaped the values I take to my own work. I studied negotiation and cross-cultural communication at University of Georgia, graduating summa cum laude with dual degrees in International Business and German, and I obtained my law degree from the top tier University of Virginia, where I specialized in criminal law and trial advocacy, training alongside some of the sharpest emerging minds in American law.
